Garden Room Conservatories
 |
 |
| These are two excellent examples of Garden room conservatories. The one the left boasts of a high pitched glass roof which is a feature of this conservatory, where the one to the right has a lower
pitched roof due to the low staircase window. |
Both
have full opening windows to achieve maximum ventilation. Note the
gothic arches on the conservatory to the right.
Additional ventilation is gained by two roof ventilators,
as this first area that warms up in all conservatories, hot air
rises, so by fitting roof ventilators in conservatories you remove
this hot air. We support the use of these in all conservatories.
Both conservatories sit on a 600 mm high base wall in corresponding brickwork to the houses, French doors opening out onto a flagged path leading to the gardens.
Although the above pictures show a 600 mm base wall you can have a base wall to any height or the glazed panels to the floor level if you prefer with any style of window.
The interiors have been left to rustic finish with power
points set into the base wall for suitable heating in conservatories.
Lighting has been achieved by up lighters, table and floor standing
lamps.
To ensure the conservatory stays cool on hot sunny days Specialist blinds for conservatories have been fitted. To find out more on blinds for conservatories follow this link to blinds for conservatories.
The floor has flag stones laid which helps to keep
the conservatory cool in summer and reflects the character of both
properties.
